Levi's 510 Skinny Jeans

In great condition 8.5" rise 13.5" across waist Medium wash denim 99% cotton, 1% spandex Tag says 28 x 28, but they fit more like a 26. I don't know why the tag also says "16 Reg" these are not a size 16 by any stretch of the imagination. When I measured the inseam I got 26.5", so they're obviously shorter than 28"
