Is it the actual size? Or label?! And were they washed? Asking because I think they might have shrunk and sometimes people forget. Thanks for your help and reply!

@modafor1 that is the tag. These were literally washed and worn wet to shape my husband. They have not been dried. He sized up to accommodate for possible shrinking. at the time he was around a 33-34 waist.
