Hi there, interested! Is the cotton stiff or stretchy? What size would you say it’s equivalent to? I am a 14.

@va_leigh Hello! I would say the cotton is pretty soft but doesn’t have any stretch. I measured the chest of the jacket just under the armpits while laid flat it was 22.” Hope that helps!
