Is the waist still measuring at 23 after all the washes? I have a really tiny waist so I just want to make sure it hasn't lost elasticity 🤗

@jennaiwasaki I weigh about 105 lbs and to better put it into perspective, a size 23 waist from Abercrombie & Fitch is too big on me but these shorts fit well - I do not need to wear a belt with them.
