Lets Pawty Happy Birthday Dog Party String Banner

Used only once. In excellent condition. The first pic shows how I taped the banner up to the wall. There are 3 tiers. The first reads “Lets Pawty” in glitter letters & the other two say “Happy” and “Birthday” with cute pups holding the letters. You can space the letters out as you wish & have the banner more loose (for a drappier look) or tight. This can also be taped directly flat to the wall or any surface as well if you don’t want a hanging look. Please feel free to ask any questions!
