hipmomma @sarahbug5 Shoot - the messages are no longer available - it just shows the order as canceled. I was able to find the notice in my email, but it doesn't have the details. It says "After reviewing the item in person, we are pleased to confirm that your item is authentic. However, the seller did not include some items."

hipmomma Then when I clicked on the link (at that time), it took me to the purchase history where they listed some minor quality issues (likely those you mentioned above), and that a receipt or tag was missing that was shown in the photo. I hope that helps!
