Wind-Ip Musical Figurine of Children on Teeter Totter Les Vases by Mann-Korea - MCMLXXX(=1980) Looks like Porcelain Bisque beautifully painted with bright colors. Plays a slow rendition of "School Days" as it rotates around - Figures do not move. Purchased at antique shop, so was used. Internet research and google image search did not find a match, so likely a rare find. Adorable Children and their Puppy at play!
