New with tags black top with white and pink flowers. It has a peplum and 3/4 sleeves with a ruffled cuff. Small - armpit to armpit 18" sleeves17 1/2" and length 25 1/2". I think it is a very classy looking top and very nicely made.

jackielee255 @63debs I just wanted you to know that the top you bid on is new from a wholesaler and I paid more than my counter for it. I just didn't want you to think I was greedy.
