Leopard print tank top refer to measurements for sizing

Brown/tan/cream leopard print top. Preowned - brand, fabric, and care tag has been cut out, but the top is otherwise in good condition. I'm basing the sizing of the top on the measurements. Length 26". Underarm to underarm 19.5" (material is stretchy). I am unsure of the exact material because the tag has been cut out, but it feels like polyester and spandex and is stretchy. It also feels like it would be machine wash/tumble dry, but there is no care tag. Based on the measurements I'm estimating this top as a size XL.
