gsamuels1 @kaitlyntoler1 Hi! I would say yes, its elastic waist so there is give there if need be... or just wouldn’t stretch if smaller than that. Hope that helps! Happy to give measurements if you would like!

gsamuels1 @kaitlyntoler1 OK.. so waist is 12” not stretched (and can stretch to about 16”); length is 17” and the width (see pic for where I measured) across is 20” when stretched out- usually has natural falling pleats when falling straight. (Just wanted to show you what it could do) I am about a 4-6 and it fit me. Hope that helps!
