mayyasahdamone @h_vanity it has stretch. my bust is 42 dd .. the waist is interesting since it is a peplum. I'll give official numbers in a few hours when I get back home.

h_vanity @mayyasahdamone Thanks. I'd be most interested in the waist measurement along the seam just before the peplum starts. My bust is 44D. So I just wanted to make sure it would fit around my chest and ribs, and then that little peplum could flare out over my tummy.
