Dress it up or down! Tab sleeves to wear up or down. Relaxed waist, cinched with elastic. So comfortable! I’m not sure where the little belt is - I never used it. I have attached a picture of the little loop in the front. You can easily snip it off if you don’t belt it. Easy fit - this would fit a 12-14.
