@mjt_attire sorry my flight was delayed. Waist is 11.5 laying flat, it does have a little stretch. Length of front is 27.5 in and back is about 29 in

@eltableteam yes it is satin like abs a little shiny. The waistband is stretchy but the fabric itself isn’t too stretchy. But it is easy to move in the skirt
