Very warm and thick. Sits on my waist. I’m small busted 34A. Non smoking home. Annually dry cleaned. 2years old.

Hi. Do the snap closures go from neck -> hem? Also, want to double check length of 29" from shoulder seam to hem; I'm 5'4" and with 29" it would be below my backside. May I ask how tall you are? thanks so much
