Leopard Clip Dot Metallic Tie Top

Worn gently—I can only remember wearing this three times tops. Top is lined with a slight ruffle/flare at the bottom. Pretty gold/metallic threads make up the leopard dots. Great with dress pants or jeans but my favorite way to wear it was tucked in to a high waisted skirt with a cardigan.
