reynolds030 @beatngu1987 protection plan—-not warranty, I am looking into it now. It’s not the current one they have on jewlery it’s the previous one that covers way more. We have the original receipts and documents.

beatngu1987 Kays will clean it and inspect it but thats it. I know because I bought several rings from people who had the paperwork and they will not honor the paperwork for anything except cleaning and inspecting, everything else is $$ for the owner.

reynolds030 @beatngu1987 I called the customer service, you are right. I called my local store where I was told it would transfer when I posted it for sale. They indicated that they would’ve honored it if it was a local or family member? Sounds odd but sheds light on my confusion. I have adjusted the description.

beatngu1987 Im just glad you know. My argument with them was, what does it matter if the person has all the paperwork for it, the warranty paperwork was paid for but nope they wouldn’t do it. Their loss.
