It is fitted to the hips and the legs flare out to 22” width. Best suited for a taller lady 5’ 5” or more OR could be worn with high platform heels/boots. The last two measurements reflect the width of the leg flare at the hips and then at the base which is the widest part. Dimensional photos show: Bust, Shoulder, waist, hips, inseam and longest measurement is from shoulder to bottom of suit.
