This is Igor the Grave Digger from the Lemax Spooky Town Collection. Igor has been modified and no longer accepts AA batteries, he now has an ac adapter installed and is electric. See pics. amymarie7986 @ms_rho5 I am not sure of what it is supposed to do. But Igor moves back and forth with his shovel. You can see in the photos of him lit up plugged in that he is moved in each photo. He moves. But I do not know if anything else is supposed to.
