Lelo Black Sheer top NWT with front slit and pearl accents Small

I purchased this top on ebay or Poshmark a while back from Carole Radziwill's closet. I believe her assistant was listing her things. It is too small for me and I'm not sure how I would wear it. It has elastic back and plastic/rubber on the top edge to hold it in place. New with tags in a size small.
