New, never worn with tags. Incredible quality that you'd expect from Lela Rose. Cotton stretch peplum top with tie and detail. Bought to wear for wedding festivities but wedding was canceled due to covid. Purchased on Outnet for $160; online it says it's valued at over $600. There is a small mark on it on the inside (you can see it in the photos near the tag), I think something rubbed on it when in my closet, but otherwise in great shape! Please someone wear this for me :)
