yellowiris @mcejkarichter According to Anthropologie, the 9.5 is a 39.5, the 10 is a 40.5/41 (🤷🏼‍♀️) and the 11 is a 41.5/42. I find a lot of discrepancy in the US vs European sizing, so i try to go with the size charts of the company that manufactures the shoes and hope they are accurate 😬 I hope this helps!

mcejkarichter @yellowiris In response to my question above, you said a 9.5 = 39.5 (and a photo shows the bottom of a shoe that says 39.5) but you sent me a size 40. Do you have a 39.5? The 40 is a bit too big.

yellowiris @mcejkarichter So you are going to need to open a return case with Posh and inform them that you need to return the item, they will send u a prepaid shipping label to send the shoes back and then once i get them back, you will receive the full refund. Then you’ll need to re-purchase the shoes and ill send the correct ones out ASAP.
