yaz619 @jazstle hello! Sorry for the late response. The second pic is after alterations- I did have the top altered to make it sleeveless. I’ll post additional pictures for you!

yaz619 @jazstle a lehenga saree is a combination of both. So you start wrapping the skirt as if it were a saree. It’s not the traditional lehenga with a separate skirt - but the end result looks like it.
