Lego Ninjago # 2263 New in Opened Box Retired 2011

Great retired set from Lego Ninjago! My son received as a gift quite a while back & it was sitting in his closet. It was sealed BUT since it had someone else's initials on it (most likely it was a store return-see last photo),. I opened it to ensure all the parts were there. It is complete & the pieces are still there plus the 2 instruction booklets. Condition: The box looks good. It does have black sharpie initials on the top back right.
