Lego Friends: Friendship Tree House (41703) Partial Set Pieces See Photos

Good pre-owned condition set. Bags 6,7,8 are all sealed. The rest have been opened and loose on a zip lock bag. Includes instructions and box. I don't know how many of the parts are here but I can see that at least 1 of the 4 mini figs are missing. Please see pictures and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
