Lego 70911 The Lego Batman Movie The Penguin Arctic Roller Vehicle Incomplete. This is the Penguin car from Lego set 70911 The Lego Batman Movie -The Penguin Arctic Roller. It is for the car only and does not have any minifigures etc. Everything I have should be in the photos. The car is definitely missing some pieces and is incomplete. Measures approximately 9” long. Car is in good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear of use. It belonged to my nephew and there is a little bit of dust from being in storage.
