The label says 33 waist but these are 100% Cotton and as you can see from the measurement photos, they are just a tad over 15” in the waist lying flat. R: 10” I: 5” L: 11.5” Measurements are approximate and to the best of my ability. These have been freshly laundered and sanitized. We are a smoke and pet free home. F-23
