Le’d Bug EMC Milano Stitch Jacquard Dress 6 months

Adorable 6 month old blue dress with bow and heart detail at the shoulder. Easy on with snap buttons at the back. New with Tags. this is so cute but my daughter received this as a gift and it is the wrong size :(. It does look like it would fit a 6 month old but my daughter is already 10 mo.
