This Hat is handmade, and new, surrounded with black leather trim. It fits women & men. It's reversible, which means you can wear it inside-outside. The inside looks like suede. Once you are tired of the one side, just turn it around. It fits heads with 21 1/2“ (55cm). I can stretch it till 23“-24“
