Leather promenaders

I think these are square dancing shoes? Only worn a couple times bc they are too small for me. I wore outside, hence the bottom of the shoes, bc I don’t think the material was designed for that, so dirt really stuck on and caused the discoloration. There are strange sports through out that were there when I purchased (I purchased new), and I’m not sure what caused them. Round tie, block heel, buckle, and elastic.
