Leather, dark chocolate, skirt with fringe-Express

100 % leather: crushed/soft leather/suede- made by Express-size 3/4-vintage-bought 20 years ago, no rips, holes, flaws, zipper in rear, fringe giving it Native American look. First pic, I have skirt pulled up to the length I would like to have it cut off to. Last pictures is normal length. 23 inches long to the end of fringe, 16 inches wide on waist, 20 1/2 inches wide at bottom. If it doesn’t sale, I’ll shorten it or have a top or dress made from it.
