hat_person What is the circumference measurement on the first and last hole?

happyintexas @e_subterranean the circumference on the smallest hole all the way around is 41 inches, it has 3.5 inches of space where another hole could be put to make smaller. The last hole adds another 7.5 inches of length. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Thx
