cupcake52 @kse1 OMG I literally just opened my box excited. First the ear clip doesn't fit to were it fits in the pierced ear, second tried adjusting. Take a look at the last 3pic in this listing. I'm reaching out before contacting Posh... wow

kse1 @cupcake52 I apologize. I have tried this on myself & it fit perfectly & no adjustment was needed on this model when I tried it on. These pieces are delicate, thus during adjustment one needs to be careful. I wear earcuffs all the time, & have adjusted some of mine to fit better, & I have never experienced breaking. Its unfortunate it happened to you; its a gorgeous piece, I’m sure it would have looked great on you. I appreciate for reaching out to me. I will place a refund for your order.

cupcake52 @kse1 yes thank you for replying I am so upset my plan was to wear to my son's wedding with minimal jewelry. Yes too have several cuffs that do infact require some adjusting to fit the ear. So disappointed my guess it's the quality. Thx again for the refund. I'll try again

marcavon Hi! This is actually a Coach frame base. It held a 5x7 plexiglass picture frame. I have a few. But, a business card holder is an excellent alternative use. Brilliant! #TeamPosh
