Leather. Made in Italy. 3 full size inner compartments. One is zippered closure. One inner side zipper. Place for credit cards/pen holders. Outer side compartment (envelope style). See photos showing slight wear on bottom edge. Otherwise excellent condition. 14” wide x almost 10” high
