itsalondonstyle @lauravogt because they felt it had a musty smell on the interior. The bags were stored in a storage unit which may have contributed to a subtle “musty” smell. She may be more sensitive than others as we did not notice it at time of sending. They have never been used and still have tags. This person was the only one to complain of the smell.
