GENUINE LEATHER. Cute little leather messenger bag perfect for school/work. Adjustable shoulder strap, has a padded laptop sleeve, 1 zipper pocket, 2 slip pockets, 3 pen holders and one credit card slot. Only used a couple times so it's in perfect condition. The Fossil website says its big enough to fit an iPad2,3,4 and iPad Air but I've also been able to fit my MacBook Air.
