What is the armpit to armpit measurement? Also, Is there something wrong with the shoulder snap. I noticed it is not snapped in the photos. Thank you.

@4theluvofit armpit to armpit when the jacket is zipped is 16inches. See added photo. No problem with the other snap - was just unsnapped in photo.
