Leather Coach Q086 Viviana pumps size 10B

Purchased at Nordstrom in 2007 I have never worn them but there is some wear from the shoe department. I have included photos of the inner heel area in one shoe showing wear and a small scratch in the leather that I found as well. There is also the number that Nordstrom marked on the soles for their inventory data. That is all that was easily noticeable to me but please review the photos carefully for any other possible signs of wear from storage and or handling. Pictures are enlarged to show detail.
