jmedrano2395 Is it loud? I was given one and added batteries to it, but it isn't very loud. Is this device like this?

hashtagstyle18 @jmedrano2395 I just checked mine I you have to push the center button it will increase the volume you push it a second time and it will decrease the volume. do you still want this one
