This toothpick holder has over 24% lead crystal. Original tag identifies the manufacturer as Artmark in Taiwan. Holder has cut glass design with sawtooth rim. Holder is 3 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide at opening and 1.5 inches wide at base. In excellent, like new condition. Never used. No smoking home. No pets.
