Lea-Ann Belter designer wedding dress. Strapless silk w/ ornate bodice embroidery. Bottom half is thick tulle creating bell like silhouette. Bust 17.5 inches, waist 26 inches, shoulder to hem 55.5 inches and hem approx 90 inches with tulle. Needs to be dry cleaned hence the lower price.
