The tags states Size 42 (US 10) ) Measurements: Bust 88 CM Waist 68 CM Hip 95 CM I purchased this dress from Joan Pillow in Atlanta, GA. I'm 5' 7" tall and US size 2 dress size. The tag states that it is a size 10 but its much smaller than a normal US size 10.
