Le Creuset Size 28 Quince Yellow Oval Enameled Cast Iron Cocotte, Dutch Oven. Beautiful 3.5 qt. oval cocotte or Dutch oven made by Le Creuset in Fresnoy-le-Grand, France. Looking at Le Creuset color charts, I believe this to be the “Quince Yellow” color. It’s a softer yellow, with subtle undertones of honey. This pot is ideal for small whole chickens or pot roast. The shape lends itself to good air circulation as your meat roasts garnering even cooking and crispy golden brown exteriors. The pot was estate-owned and is in nearly new condition. It has a few scratches on the bottom and one small area of paint inconsistency from it’s production, otherwise I would say it was in mint condition. Look closely at pictures for reference. The pot measures 13.5”L x 9”W x 6.5”H.
