This is a great pan. It makes for beautiful grilled meats, potatoes, sandwiches, and veggies. The heat distribution is superior so items cook evenly and quickly. It can be used on all sorts of cook surfaces (gas, induction, electric, etc) and in the oven or broiler. It’s kind of a magical pan because whatever I cook in it tastes really good. It is used, but only a handful of times. Condition is excellent. Please see pictures for details. I am selling it because I am downsizing.
