New, never worn, but tags removed Le Chateau black halter, v-neck dress with handkerchief hem and criss cross ties that wrap around waist and tie in back. Stretchy fabric with sheer flowy overlay. Fully lined. Top and waist are fitted and skirt flows out. Great twirl-worthy dress! Mannequin shot just to show fit. Laying flat: Length - strap meets string tie to longest part: 48” Bust: 16” Waist: 14” Several snags on front bust area, but can’t see in photos and very hard to see unless up close.
