Lazy Oaf Cat Collar Dress

Black velour dress with whit collar & cat face embroidery-no damage or heavy signs of wear-there is some wear & discoloring on the inside edge of the collar & a stain on the underside-neither really show when wearing-oversized fit-tag says S/M but it fits more like a medium
