Sparkly and flowing dress tagged a small, from Ecote, a UO brand. The top layer is a black mesh fabric with gold stars, underneath is a soft layer with a paisley print. There’s 2 buttons to close the dress and a ribbon to tie it so it’s slightly adjustable.
