Layered blue, B&BW striped dress

Worn a few times, very cute top layered over the bottom, it almost looks like 2 pieces but it’s all connected! A gorgeous royal blue with black and white stripes on the skirt. The skirt is looser, it’s not fitted but it’s also not a big Flowy skirt. Visible zipper back, this dress is absolutely perfect for a summer evening! It fell just above my knee and I’m 5’2.
