Layered black dress/tunic from J&L Paris

This is a really lovely and flowy black dress that can also be worn as a tunic over jeans. there is an overlay that is connected to a sheath type underlay. It has never been worn. This is an extra small, but for it to lay properly, it is best the person buying this is quite small through the hip area if wearing as a dress. If over jeans or trousers, not necessary. Also, note, the material is quite light and flow-y. This would be fine for the spring or early fall.
