Layered Raw Edged Strip Skirt

This is an ADORABLE skirt from a boutique in Chicago - the brand is OO - OO with a butterfly in between the OO's? It is a Large with a waist measuring 17" across flat and about 34" in diameter. It is 26" in length. Composed of layered strips of black print fabric and patterned red, white and yellow sewn in with a 1/4" raw exposed edge. Lining is dark brown. There is a small coconut shell button at the top of the side 7" black zipper. Skirt is full with additional fabric for loose pleats.
