Brand new with no tags tutu is with silk layered ruffled skirt, this isn’t like a cheap looking one. It’s actually very cute. Was my daughters, but she never wore it. I actually bought it from fashion nations it’s a punk store in Denver, Colorado off of Colfax. I put it under dolls kill cause I didn’t know what to put it under. Wasn’t cheap.
